Systems Engineer (MCSE, CNE)

You’ll provide pre-sales technical support, planning, design and implementation of networking products.  This involves skills transfer activities, pilots, hands-on implementation, and proof of concepts.  This position will work closely with sales to sell the consulting model.  You will be providing consulting services that enable customers to implement the best enterprise networking solutions. These services include Designing Novell Directory Services Designing NT Domains Migrating to NetWare 4 Migrating to Windows NT Integrating Netware and NT Planning a GroupWise Messaging System Planning a Microsoft Exchange Messaging System Planning a Lotus Domino Database Planning an Oracle Database Designing Network Management Designing Border and Proxy Services Designing a NetWare Client and Application Management using ZENworks Designing a Microsoft Client and Application Management using Microsoft SMS Leading your project team to the successful implementation of Local, and Wide Area Networking Projects You should also be able to develop methodologies that support the provision of these services. You would gain the background and experience to understand these requirements typically by gaining Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems / Computer Science, or networking certification with two years experience required.  Strong communication and presentation skills, and technical savvy, and excellent teamwork abilities with a history of flexibility are required.  The successful candidate must have extensive PC and networking experience with excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communications, and public relations skills.  CNE, MCSE, or CTE certification, with an emphasis on TCP/IP and the Internet preferred.
